2. PLACE YOUR ORDER

Complete your purchase through our website to reserve your piece.

3. WE PREPARE YOUR ORDER

Once the pre-order period ends, we finalize the production and fulfillment process.

4. YOUR PIECE SHIPS

Your order will ship once the pre-ordered items are ready. You’ll receive tracking information when your order ships.

PRE-ORDER TIMELINES

Estimated shipping dates will be displayed on the individual product page whenever possible.

Please understand that pre-order dates are estimates and may change due to production, inventory, or shipping delays.

We’ll keep customers updated if there are significant changes to an expected release or shipping timeframe.

PRE-ORDER ORDERS

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your order may ship together once the pre-order items are ready unless otherwise stated.

If you want your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
